This is a handson technical project management role with a strong focus on hardware, electronics, and medical device requirements.

In this role you will for example:

  • Own project planning and execution, including scope, timelines, budgets, and backlogs
  • Structure work across disciplines, manage dependencies, and align stakeholders on priorities
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and decisions to keep projects on track
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA/RA, product management, sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing
  • Support short and longterm planning and coach teams on project management best practices

We are looking for someone that has:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware product development project management
  • Experience working in a medical device or regulated MedTech environment, including standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 60601, and ISO 14971
  • Strong understanding of hardware development processes, dependencies, and risk management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience using project tracking and planning tools such as Smartsheet or similar
  • PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus
  • Experience with AAC products or similar regulated products is a strong advantage

We believe that you are:

  • A collaborative and influential project leader who thrives in matrixed organizations
  • Structured, analytical, and comfortable working both strategically and handson
  • Selfdriven, accountable, and focused on delivering value for users and the business
  • Open to change and motivated by building, improving, and shaping ways of working

Practical information:

The role is primarily officebased, with flexibility to work from home when needed. Some international travelling may be required.
