Retail / Grocery Construction Project Manager – Arizona
*Grocery Remodel Experience is required*
Actively hiring for this position. Job responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution and completion of grocery store renovations and expansions. Bidding new projects, buyout after award, managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors and client expectations are all routine activities for this role. Work area includes AZ and CO primarily and will require minor travel.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and comfortable with learning new online program management systems. Strong communication and time management skills are a must. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and insurance are required. Compensation package includes paid health insurance, 401k w/match, paid vacation, work-from-home convenience, competitive salary based on experience and annual raise/bonus program.
