As our next Quality Engineering Specialist , youll be at the forefront of ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction by driving process improvements, leading problem-solving initiatives, and supporting new product development. Your expertise in quality engineering and manufacturing processes will be critical in maintaining high standards and achieving operational excellence.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and expectations
- Lead problem-solving initiatives and guide teams in root cause analysis
- Manage non-conforming materials and determine disposition actions
- Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
- Initiate and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Analyze statistical data and monitor quality performance using SPC
- Support scrap reduction and cost improvement initiatives
- Train staff on inspection standards, tools, and quality processes
- Support new product launches, including PPAP, FMEA, APQP, and control plans
- Assist production teams by resolving quality issues and improving processes
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and quality assurance best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
- Powder Metallurgy Technologist (PMT) Certification or willingness to obtain it
- Experience with automotive or high-precision manufacturing environments
- Experience with error-proofing techniques and quality system implementation
