Position Summary:
The Veterans Upward Bound Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Program Director.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting the Program Director with:
Annual Performance Report,
Office management,
General office record keeping,
Database management,
Financial record keeping,
Mass mailouts,
Newsletter production,
Maintenance of VUB website,
Other related duties.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, and Access.
Experience in electronic database management, record keeping, and bookkeeping.
Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of software programs.
General Days/Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours as requested and/or needed Regular and reliable attendance
Other:

Please note, this position will not start until July 1, 2026.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of an Associate Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred.
One year of experience in reconciling budgets and generating and preparing reports, both electronic and paper.
Experience with veterans and/or economically disadvantaged populations preferred.
