We are seeking an energetic Hardware Engineer to support the development of a COTSbased testsystem platform that emulates tactical equipment.

What You Will Be Doing
In this role you will design, assemble, and validate hardware using commercial offtheshelf modules while interfacing with a variety of aerospace and defense communications standards such as ARINC429/664, CAN, RS232, and related signal families. You will generate and maintain accurate wiring diagrams, redline updates, and billofmaterials revisions, collaborating closely with peer engineers. The position offers handson experience in rapid prototyping and verification testing within a fastpaced, highvisibility program, providing ample opportunity for professional growth and deeper expertise in hardware architecture and integration.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. A Final Secret Clearance is required to start.Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical field experience
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Experience designing and building hardware with commercialofftheshelf (COTS) modules.
Familiarity with aerospace/defense interface standards such as ARINC429/664, CAN, RS232, MILSTD1553, etc.
Ability to create and maintain wiring diagrams, redline updates, and billofmaterials revisions. Experience leading a small team or managing a technical project, coordinating tasks and schedules.
Proven ability to work with crossfunctional stakeholders outside the department, building consensus and clear communication channels.
Strong presentation skills for briefings to senior leadership, customers, and government officials.
Familiarity with Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes, including budget tracking and reporting.
