Job Description

Senior Industrial Engineer positions offered by StockX LLC (West Caldwell, New Jersey). Support the design and layout of new fulfillment centers, ensuring optimal flow, space utilization, and scalability. Source and evaluate material handling equipment, automation, and robotics solutions to meet fulfillment center needs. Develop and implement engineered labor standards to drive productivity and efficiency in collaboration with operations leaders. Analyze existing fulfillment center operations to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions for improvement. Implement and manage labor management systems (LMS) to track and optimize workforce performance.

Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field and 6 years of experience working in industrial engineering for e-commerce fulfillment.

Must have 6 years of experience in each of the following:

o Utilizing AutoCAD for facility design and layout;

o Analyzing data and creating models for operational improvements;

o Utilizing Warehouse Management (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), or Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) for fulfillment operations; and

o Implementing and managing Labor Management Systems (LMS) to optimize workforce performance.

In lieu of a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field and 6 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master's or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 4 years of experience as stated.

Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

Position reports to West Caldwell, NJ office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.

Must be willing to travel domestically 15% and internationally 5%.
