Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning all phases of commercial construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role involves risk management, quality, and safety considerations. You will also be tasked with estimating, budgeting, organizing, scheduling, and implementing all assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.
- Manage projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Conduct risk management assessments for all projects.
- Estimate and budget project costs.
- Organize and schedule project timelines.
- Implement project plans effectively.
- Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and team members.
Essential Skills
- Proven project management experience with at least 2 years in the field.
- Proficiency in project coordination and estimation.
- Experience with Bluebeam software.
- Familiarity with Procore software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Commercial construction experience is preferred, but residential experience will also be considered.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
