Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in project engineering or project coordination within electrical or industrial environments
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical power distribution, protection, and automation systems
- Experience working with engineering deliverables and electrical systems design
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and project tracking tools
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- P.Eng designation is an asset (not required)
- PMP or formal project management training
- Experience working in maintenance-focused or field service environments
- Exposure to airport, infrastructure, or large-scale industrial projects
- Manage the execution of customer projects in alignment with internal processes and governance standards
- Lead cross-functional teams including design, planning, procurement, order management, and field services
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations
- Conduct internal and customer-facing project kickoff meetings
- Ensure work orders and site activities align with overall project deliverables
- Identify technical risks, deviations, and potential change orders
- Support margin improvement and overall project performance
- Ensure proper project closure, documentation, and lessons learned
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide regular project updates and escalate issues when required
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, tendering, supply chain, and field services
- Provide technical expertise in power distribution, automation, and digital applications
- Review and validate engineering drawings to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues
- Support development and optimization of engineering deliverables such as single line diagrams, layouts and schematics, distribution and motor control systems, power and grounding interconnection diagrams
- Assist in equipment specification and bid evaluation (e.g., switchgear, transformers, cables, UPS, relays)
- Ensure adherence to all safety standards for engineering and field execution
- Maintain quality and integrity of engineering deliverables and installation work
- Support project budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Assist with billing milestones and revenue tracking
- Validate contractual requirements including scope, payments, and specifications
