This is a critical, high-impact role responsible for ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across service operations. This position is ideal for a seasoned quality professional who thrives on solving complex problems, driving process improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Analyze complex service quality issues and implement effective, data-driven solutions Develop, evaluate, and improve standard work, service processes, and quality systems Lead defect analysis using statistical methods to improve service reliability and reduce costs Drive continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring KPIs, trends, and customer feedback Partner with Operations, R D, and Regulatory teams to resolve non-conformances and support CAPAs Conduct root cause analysis on installation and service issues; implement corrective actions Optimize installation processes to improve first-pass yield and reduce failures Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO and GMP standards Support vendor quality management and participate in vendor selection and performance improvement Manage documentation control systems, reporting, and data trending activities Lead or contribute to division-wide quality initiatives and cross-functional projects Communicate and resolve quality issues with field service teams on an ongoing basis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Computer, or related); Master's preferred 5-8 years of relevant industry experience in quality engineering or service quality Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP regulations Experience with statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and quality methodologies Familiarity with design controls and inspection techniques Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change Preferred Qualifications Quality Engineer Certification (ASQ or equivalent) RAPS certification Lead Auditor certification Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Why Join?
