You will be the Process Engineer Stf (Level 4) for the Process Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing production processes across heattreatment, conversion coatings, anodic coatings, and paint lines.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Process Engineer Stf (Level 4) you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of manufacturing processes both onsite and offsite.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and optimize heattreatment, conversioncoating, anodiccoating, and paint processes to meet quality and schedule targets.
- Evaluate current capabilities and develop dualsourcing, offload, or alternatemethod plans for risk mitigation.
- Design and implement processimprovement projects that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess and qualify new materials and technologies.
- Document process parameters, lessons learned, and bestpractice guidelines for knowledge sharing.

- Technical Degree or equivalent experience- 5+ years material processing experience
- Experience with coatings
- Ability to manage complex projects- Familiarity with MIL-STD-186 processes
- Experience with capital acquisition projects
- Ability to work with a team to drive results
- Ability to travel locally to vendors as required
- Chemical Engineering Degree
