You'll troubleshoot complex equipment, support custom builds and retrofits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a clean, climatecontrolled facility designed for precision and innovation. Pay: $28.00-$36.00/hr Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday OR Monday-Friday Job Description: Review production orders and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with build requirements Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and perform detailed rootcause analysis Build, retrofit, and execute change orders for automated and custom machinery Apply PLC knowledge to support equipment performance, upgrades, and modifications Use CAD tools and interpret electrical schematics to assist with design and troubleshooting Partner with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to drive successful project execution Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of handson electrical troubleshooting experience, including reading and interpreting schematics Strong mechanical assembly skills and experience with industrial or automated equipment Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and blueprint interpretation Mechanical assembly skills can be developed on the job, but prior experience is a plus Experience in automation, packaging, or custom equipment environments is highly desirable Familiarity with PLCs, CAD, and electromechanical systems is a strong advantage Why This Role Stands Out: Join a financially strong, longestablished organization with more than a century of stability Work for a company deeply invested in R D, automation, and continuous innovation Enjoy the culture of a familyowned business backed by the resources of a global organization Grow within a newly expanded Aurora facility built to support increased production and team development Contribute to projects supporting major national clients in a clean, climatecontrolled environment Step into a newly created role driven by company growth not a backfill Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.
