Senior Civil Designer Land Development

A well-established and growing civil engineering firm is seeking a Senior Civil Designer to support and lead land development projects from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed site design plans including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility layouts
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce high-quality construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure project accuracy and timelines
• Assist with permitting and approvals through local municipalities and agencies
• Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of land development design experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with site grading, stormwater management, and utility design
• Knowledge of local zoning and permitting processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
