The job duties will fall into the following categories:

Lead and coordinate all aspects of project implementation, from initial request intake to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal processes.

Provide technical expertise for Structured Cabling projects, including the review and clarification of drawings and specifications, and the development of accurate scopes and estimates.

Oversee and manage contractors to ensure the timely completion of approved projects, adhering to client-imposed schedules and deadlines.

Manage material purchasing and arrival in a just-in-time environment

Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth execution.

Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues, discrepancies in requirements, and scope changes.

Manage client expectations through regular updates, meetings, and reports on project progress, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Manage invoicing and revenue recognition, ensuring that all costs align with the budget and project scope.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

3- 5 years in project management related to Structured Cabling, experience in construction management or PMP is an asset.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Strong leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

Bilingualism (French) is a very strong asset

Cabling experience and/or outside plant experience is a strong asset
PMP designation is an asset

BICSI credentials such as RCDD, OSP or RTPM are an asset

Pay rate is $48.00- $51.00 per hour
