Engineering Manager We have a fantastic opportunity available for an Engineering Manager to join an established military and aerospace electronics manufacturer near Endwell, NY. This is an excellent growth opportunity, ideal for a Senior or Lead Systems / Electrical Engineer that is ready to take the next step in their career into people management, while staying technically involved. Job Duties : Management (70%): Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (EE, ME, CE). Delegate work, set priorities, and track delivery metrics. Technical (30%): Participate in circuit design reviews and technical decision-making. Partner with manufacturing, quality, and program teams. Education and Experience : BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (MS preferred). 510+ years of electronics engineering experience. Senior/Lead Engineer or Technical Lead background. Strong circuit design and schematic review skills. Interest in growing into formal engineering leadership.
