Survey Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead and oversee a wide range of land surveying projects from inception through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take ownership of projects, manage field and office teams, and play a key role in client development and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction stakeout surveys
• Oversee field crews and office staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality
• Prepare and review survey deliverables, plats, and reports
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipal agencies
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of land surveying experience with project management responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of survey technologies and software (GPS, robotic total stations, CAD)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
