Job Summary and General Purpose of Position:
Under the direction of the program manager, handles program wide administrative duties. Acts as a key link in a dynamic environment while balancing company and customer objectives.
Essential Functions:
Maintain program documentation and data points
Coordinate new employee on-boarding, various ongoing, and trainings
Submit weekly employee time reporting
Monitor compliance with customer business systems
Publish weekly employee work schedule
Coordinate with external teams to ensure employee success
Be a safety champion and leader within the Driver Group
Perform various additional administrative duties as required.
Must be self-motivated, organized and accurate.
At least 1 year of managing a small team of people or similar coordination work
Willingness to work under challenging circumstances and time constraints, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and availability.
Communication skills, verbal and written, are a priority.
Requires patience and ability to train and give instructions to a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical.
Fluency in Microsoft Office 365 and electronic communication/collaboration tools is a must.
Schedule/task driver/operators to meet client needs for daily testing
Interact with clients scheduling software and technicians to ensure appropriate personnel are scheduled and meet testing requirements based on skill/experience level
Ensure all drivers/operators can perform at levels needed for testing, both structured and unstructured
Work with client personnel to develop new testing scenarios and layouts
Coordinate and fleet maintenance to ensure client owned vehicles remain in good working order
Interact with client to enhance and maintain positive working relationships within the organization; both on and off site
Provide Program Manager with feedback on employee performance to meet client expectations
Work with Program Manager to ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet needs; including forward planning based on limited information
Ensure all safety and procedures are followed through testing and daily activities
