Facilities Project Manager to join our mission!
As the Facilities Project Manager, you will be overseeing the strategic plans to include space and capacity management, as well as new facility construction. This role will interface and need to collaborate with the Navy customer, program subject matter experts, the facilities team, and be able to present status, mitigation and recovery plans to the Senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will:
Oversee and manage the facilities capability optimization
Will lead a team of Project Engineers to optimize capabilities at FBM facilities.
Review statuses of projects and budgets
Manage schedules and prepares status reports.
Present solutions to the customer and Senior Leadership. Bachelor degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Management/leadership experience
Understanding of project management
Experience developing executable program plans and baselines.
Eligibility & willingness to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Background in project management, staffing and capacity management, Facilities space planning/management
5+ years leading diverse groups
Knowledge of FBM Facilities
Experience with DOD Customers.
Project Management Professional (PMP).
Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering (Systems, Industrial, or the like).
Active DoD Top Secret security clearance
