You'll champion lean manufacturing principles, drive process optimization, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and measurable results.
Lead Transformation: Act as a change agent, inspiring teams to embrace continuous improvement and implement lean processes that elevate performance.
Apply Lean Tools: Utilize Lean Manufacturing methodologies to identify inefficiencies and develop sustainable, impactful solutions.
Mentor & Empower Teams: Train and guide associates on lean principles and problem-solving tools, building a company-wide culture of improvement.
Analyze & Optimize: Collect, interpret, and analyze process data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements to leadership.
Drive Project Success: Oversee product and process improvement initiatives, ensuring on-time completion, measurable results, and long-term sustainability.
Standardize Best Practices: Develop, validate, and implement manufacturing best practices across the organization to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Audit for Excellence: Conduct regular audits of Lean Manufacturing processes to monitor effectiveness and ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
