Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer at a leading industrial manufacturing and services company. This role is responsible to own the business development for Encoder Bearings in the assigned region.

responsibilities:

• Identify high-value opportunities by understanding customer architectures, applications and pain points.
  
  
• Support sales engineering: feasibility analysis, specification matching, troubleshooting, EMC considerations, performance requirements.
  
  
• Own the business development for assigned region including opportunity creation, customer targeting and pipeline management
  
  
• Identify high-value opportunities by understanding customer architectures, applications and pain points.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities
  
  
• Experience in OEM B2B environments
  
  
• Background in robotics, CNC, automation, motion control, mechatronics

Preferred:

• Experience with encoder technologies (absolute / incremental, magnetic / inductive / optical)
