Executes equipment and process validation activities for distillation systems within a regulated manufacturing environment to support compliance, documentation control, and production readiness. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline Minimum 2-3 years of validation experience in a regulated environment Medical device industry experience Equipment validation experience Hands-on manufacturing experience Strong understanding of FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements related to equipment and process validation Experience developing validation plans, protocols, and reports Experience managing validation documentation and lifecycle activities Preferred Skills Experience with distillation or purification processes Experience conducting IQ, OQ, and PQ validations Experience investigating deviations and supporting corrective and preventive actions Experience working with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams Job Responsibilities Develop and execute validation plans, protocols, and reports for the distiller system Conduct IQ, OQ, and PQ validations in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams to support validation activities Investigate deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions Manage validation documentation and lifecycle activities in accordance with internal and external regulatory standards Support equipment and process validation activities within the manufacturing environment Pay: 50-53/hr Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
