Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field; Master's preferred

7+ years of proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects

PMP certification or equivalent project leadership credential

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational talents

Expertise in project lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication

Project management tools experience preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience supporting operational, digital transformation, or system implementations

Certifications such as PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Knowledge of digital entertainment, or technology industries

Fluency in additional languages or language skills like reasoning and mathematical skills

Preferred Education & Experience:

Educational background: Master's degree in Business Administration, MS, or related disciplines

Over 7 years of experience leading, executing, and delivering high-stakes projects in startup, small company, or hybrid environments

Demonstrated success working independently with little oversight, following corporate governance standards

Ability to operate in an evolving, fast-moving setting supporting live products

Flexible hours and on-call responsiveness in critical incident situations
