Guided by our vision to create financial solutions that make lives better, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives and drive successful project outcomes across the organization.
The Senior Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee multiple large-scale projects from initiation through completion. This role partners closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.
What you will need to be successful:
Project Leadership & Execution: Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously from initiation to completion. Expertise in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Strong ability to monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage executives, business leaders, and technical teams. Experience providing regular updates, managing expectations, and aligning stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Skilled at facilitating collaboration across departments and external partners
Change Management & Risk Mitigation: Experience developing and implementing change management strategies that support organizational adoption. Ability to proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Process Improvement & Governance: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, standards, and best practices. Experience defining and improving project management processes, reporting, and documentation frameworks.
Leadership & Team Development: Ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams. Experience coaching and mentoring team members. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Eight plus years of project management experience. Five plus years managing complex, high-risk enterprise or technical projects. Experience working in financial services or credit unions preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
