Hardware Design Engineer

Senior Hardware Design Engineer (High-Speed PCB / Instrumentation) Seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer with strong experience in high-speed, multi-layer PCB design and advanced instrumentation systems. The role focuses on end-to-end hardware development for automated test and precision instrumentation platforms, including architecture, schematic design, prototyping, validation, and system bring-up.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-speed multi-layer PCB assemblies

Own complete PCB hardware lifecycle from architecture to validation

Perform component selection, schematic capture, and layout collaboration

Support prototyping, hardware bring-up, testing, and debugging

Conduct Signal Integrity (SI) analysis and high-speed simulations

Build reliable digital, analog, and optical interface systems

Support precision-driven automated test and instrumentation platforms
