Mechanical Engineer

Design and develop mechanical systems for manufacturing processes used to produce automotive components such as door frames, side impact beams, and roof moldings. Analyze and design automated control strategies for production lines, integrating mechanical systems to maintain precise manufacturing tolerances and operational efficiency. Perform stress and thermal analysis on manufacturing equipment and automotive parts to diagnose mechanical failures and improve process stability. Monitor and verify the installation and calibration of specialized mechanical hardware to ensure seamless synchronization with existing process control systems. Develop detailed engineering specifications and standard operating procedures (SOP) for mechanical system maintenance and manufacturing process optimization.
