Manage team engineers in the technical setup and calibration of lamination equipment, ensuring mechanical and thermal specifications meet engineering design parameters. Direct initiatives to optimize lamination processes by evaluating the technical feasibility and integration of advanced adhesive materials and vacuum lamination technologies. Direct the development of engineering specifications and technical quality standards for the lamination stage to prevent structural defects. Provide technical guidance to team engineers, reviewing their technical reports and performance in optimizing complex lamination variables.
