Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Mandatory Confluent Kafka experience Preferably 4+ years of experience, along with Iac, Kubernet/ROSA, Apache Flink, Golang and Kafka cluster scaling
Roles & Responsibilities Kafka Infrastructure Setup QA & Production • Designed and implemented highly available Kafka environments for QA and Production, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. • Defined cluster sizing, topic configuration, partitioning strategy, and environment specific tuning. • Established monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness for production support.
Kafka Cluster Scaling & Performance • Executed horizontal scaling of Kafka clusters, including broker expansion and partition rebalancing. • Optimized producer/consumer performance to handle high volume, low latency event processing. • Supported capacity planning and load testing to meet growing business demand.
IaC | Kubernetes / ROSA | Confluent Kafka | Apache Flink | Golang • Automated Kafka and streaming platform deployments using Infrastructure as Code on Kubernetes and ROSA. • Managed Confluent Kafka platforms and implemented real time stream processing using Apache Flink. • Developed and supported Golang based Kafka producers, consumers, and integrations.
Salary Range- $120,000-$145,000 a year #LI-OJ1
