Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for an onsite position with a Major Utility Company located in Akron, OH. This is a 24-month contract opportunity that requires 5 days per week on-site.
Pay Range: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour.
This role involves managing a diverse group of interconnection projects. The successful candidate will coordinate project meetings, manage scope, cost, and schedule changes, andmunicate project expectations to both internal and external stakeholders. The position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse group of interconnection projects
Coordinate project meetings
Manage scope, cost, and schedule changes documentation
Communicate project expectations and statuses with external and internal customers
Coordinate performance of agreements by external and internal stakeholders
Review studies, agreements and scope changes for accuracy
Maintain project status in the department's project database
Make sound decisions by evaluating options and providing rmendations
Maintain, anticipate and meet internal/external customer needs
Assist management and coworkers, following well-defined practices and procedures
Demonstrate a solidmitment to all aspects of safety
Conduct business-specific research, gather data, andpile reports and summaries
Actively seek formal and informal learning opportunities to better understand procedures
Develop effective working relationships with employees in own work group
Establish a strong foundation in policies, practices, and procedures
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
0-7 years of professional work experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge of basic research techniques
Desire to continue to learn and grow, work across thepany, and deliver results
Display analytical abilities, including problem-solving and decision making
Ability to deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines
Basicmunication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
