Are you a talented Civil Designer passionate about site design and engineering? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our Site-Civil Team in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Civil Designer to lead and contribute to large, technically complex projects.

As a key member of our team, you will
- Support a multidisciplinary approach to large, technically complex projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior civil engineering staff.
- Lead and support drawing production for building projects using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Prepare civil design models and engineered drawings for plans such as site layouts, underground utilities, site grading, erosion and sediment control (E&S) plans, and stormwater and sanitary layouts.
- Incorporate Quality Control reviews for projects prior to documents being issued.
- Work on elevations, cross-sections, and details of typical site features related to civil engineering.

Here's what you'll need
Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting/Design, or related field
Technical program or certificate, military training, or related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience in site/civil design and drawing production
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including:
Surface modeling, alignments, and profiles
Pipe networks and grading tools
Plan, profile, and cross-section production
Experience with HydroCAD (or similar) for stormwater analysis and modeling
Experience with AutoTURN for access and maneuverability analysis
Working knowledge of stormwater management principles and site development practices
Experience preparing and modifying construction documents for land development projects
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on design deliverables
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory requirements across local and state jurisdictions
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
- Experience supporting large, complex or mission-critical projects
- Demonstrated ability to support or mentor junior team members

97,600.00

The base salary range for this position is $71,000.00 to $97,600.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
