This role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to lead complex projects, mentor emerging talent, and eleve design and operional excellence across diverse assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phasesfrom initial concept and contracting to design, documention, permitting, and construction administrion.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including fee development, budget tracking, invoicing, and earned-value analysis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Ensure technical quality and design integrity while aligning deliverables with client goals and expections.
  • Cultive and maintain strong, long-term client relionships through proactive communicion and trusted leadership.
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (or higher) in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the building design and construction industry.
  • Professional licensure (Architect or Professional Engineer) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certificion; NCARB certificion preferred.
  • Demonstred ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong leadership and organizional skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicion skills, with keen tention to detail and stregic prioritizion abilities.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam, with the ability to leverage technology for collaborion and project efficiency.
