Training Schedule: TBD - will be done on 1st shift!
Regular Schedule:
Mondays & Tuesdays: 1pm-11pm
Wednesdays & Thursdays: 3pm-9pm (with possible OT working until 11pm)
Fridays: 1pm-9pm
Saturdays: May be required, based on production need. Schedule will be 9am-2pm, if scheduled.
Team Member should be prepared to work overtime as needed, with little notice, as well as assist production with volume processing in time of need.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes client tasks as assigned.
- Assists in the completion of daily work to ensure all SLA’s are met.
- Monitor quality reports to measure team member performance and communicate any issues to supervisor.
- Must be able to make decisions as needed to meet operational constraints.
- Act as a leader for team and others in the division.
- Trains team members as needed.
- Reference work instructions as needed.
- Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
Qualification Requirements –
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
- Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- Possess exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and execution skills.
