This is an on-site role based at our Turbocor Global Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL.What You'll Be Doing

Lead and develop a global aero engineering team to deliver highperformance oilfree compressor designs from concept through qualification.Define and advance turbomachinery architectures that improve efficiency, durability, and system performance across current and future products.Contribute handson technical expertise in compressor aerodynamics, modeling, and performance development to critical R&D programs.Drive technology programs from idea to implementation, ensuring technical rigor while meeting cost, schedule, and quality commitments.Represent Danfoss in the technical community by collaborating with universities, national labs, and external partners.What We're Looking For

Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in mechanical engineering, thermofluids, aerospace, or a closely related field.Strong technical background in centrifugal compressor or turbomachinery aerodynamic design.At least 3 years of proven experience using 1D meanline design methods, 3D design tools, and CFD for compressor development.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering talent in a collaborative, global environment.What You'll Get from Us
