Our client, a leading organization in property management and maintenance, is seeking a Bldg Engineer to join their team. As a Bldg Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services supporting a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of building operations and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
- Ensure building systems operate efficiently and meet applicable standards.
- Assist with implementing preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan.
- Conduct inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant certifications/licenses, such as universal CFC certification, preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting heavy loads.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of building systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
