Engineering degree preferred

3 to 5+ years of project management experience

Packaging engineering experience in aerosol, liquid, or related packaging industries

Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle

Experience planning, tracking, and executing multiple concurrent projects

Experience defining timelines, assigning responsibilities, managing risks, and monitoring deliverables

Experience using MS Project or similar project management tools

Experience reading, creating, and managing Gantt charts

Experience with product costing and component cost evaluation

Experience supporting financial assessments and project budget alignment

Experience developing or reviewing product specifications

Experience with technical packaging details, artwork requirements, regulatory standards, or customer standards

Preferred Skills CAPEX project experience

Supplier technical meeting experience

Operational readiness experience for new product launches

Experience collaborating with Finance on project budgets and margin expectations

Experience supporting aerosol packaging projects

Experience supporting liquid packaging projects

Experience managing customer-facing project communication

Job Responsibilities Plan, track, and execute projects throughout the full project lifecycle

Define project timelines, responsibilities, risks, and deliverables

Manage multiple concurrent packaging-related projects

Monitor project progress against schedules and milestones

Create and maintain Gantt charts using MS Project or similar tools

Identify and escalate project risks, delays, and execution issues

Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and customers

Support product costing activities, including component cost evaluation

Collaborate with Finance to align project budgets and margin expectations

Develop, review, and manage product specifications

Ensure product specifications include accurate technical details, packaging information, artwork requirements, and applicable standards

Participate in CAPEX activities related to project execution

Support supplier technical meetings

Support operational readiness activities for new product launches

Drive timeline accuracy and project execution across assigned programs
