Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with Divestiture experience - with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Chaska, MN; or Aurora, IL. This is a 6-month contract opportunity. Hybrid role must be able to go on site 2-3 days a week

Pay range: $75 - $80.0 per hour w-2

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a leading manufacturing organization's IT initiatives. This role will play a critical part in managingplex transformation efforts, including divestiture activities, and ensuring successful execution across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for a variety of IT initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This could include Infrastructure, Operations, SAP, data and analytics

Drive divestiture-related projects, including defining Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and ensuring successful execution throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure alignment, progress tracking, and timely delivery

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholdermunications

Facilitate regular status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturingpany environment

Strong background in divestiture projects, including TSA definition and execution

Demonstrated ability to manageplex, global projects and work effectively with international teams

Excellentmunication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Infrastructure & Operations or IT-related projects

Ability to work in a hybrid environment andmute to one of the designated locations if needed

Experience working with project tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet etc.
