**Qualifications:**
- Technical degree in electronics or an electrical-related field.
- At least 5 years of related design/layout experience.
- Proficiency with PCB layout software (PADS preferred).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Experience with Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles.
- Knowledge in high-speed and high-power PCB layout.
