You will be the Dewar Process Integration Engineer for the Dewar Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering worldclass technology in aerospace and defense through innovative manufacturing processes.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Dewar Process Integration Engineer you will be responsible for designing, sustaining, and improving manufacturing processes for the Integrated Dewar Cooler Assembly.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Design assembly sequences, tooling, and inspection requirements for new products.
  • Perform sustainment activities and resolve defects on the production line.
  • Characterize process capabilities and lead rootcause corrective actions.
  • Evaluate product lifecycle requirements and support production readiness reviews.
  • Apply data analytics to drive firstpass yield improvements and conduct Pareto analysis.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or Similar discipline

Minimum 2 Years of Experience related to Manufacturing Engineering Disciplines or Post graduate degree in applicable field

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent written/oral communication, strong problemsolving/rootcause analysis, crossfunctional collaboration.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.Experience in:
Wire bonding, Laser Welding, Precision Adhesive Bonding, Vacuum Processing, Painting, Machining, 3D Printing, Mechanical Design (CREO) Experience, Automated System Programming (G-Code, LabVIEW, MatLAB, Other)

Experience working in clean room environment with ESD protection protocols.

Green / Black Belt LSS Certification (DOE, SPC, JMP, Data Scripting)
