Great Northern Corporation is looking for an Associate Project Coordinator to join our growing Customer Service team! Are you ready to make a difference?

Associate Project Coordinator Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Hourly wage ranges between $20.00 to $25.00

Position Details:

• Providing direct interface to the internal and external customers, to resolve inquiries, questions and problems to complete orders on time.
• Providing account details to necessary parties to receive instructions for updating account pricing.
• Participating and / or facilitating in collaboration meetings to discuss execution of project(s). Properly updating the progress of projects.
• Ensures requested changes are made to customer service program and communicated to all necessary parties.
• Works diligently to handle / report all aspects of challenging orders.
• Effective use of a number of computer software / applications.

Expectations:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and post-secondary education (preferred)
• 2 to 4 years of customer relations position, creating and processing customer orders
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
