Project Engineering Manager

Operational activities ensuring products are made efficiently, safely, meet stringent quality standards, and stay on schedule. This position will bridge the gap between upper management and the production floor by overseeing budgets, optimizing workflows, and managing personnel. The candidate will also perform delegation activities for the site lead.5+ years of proven, hands-on supervisory experience in a production setting
Demonstrated success in forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet delivery deadlines.
Deep understanding of quality standards, continuous improvement, and workplace safety
Experience managing project budgets, analyzing cost variances, and monitoring key performance indicators
Strong team-building and conflict-resolution skills
Exceptional verbal and written abilities to communicate objectivesLead Six Sigma Training
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Apriso)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Creating facility layouts for new projects
