You will help support enterprise and cloud infrastructure needs for global leaders. Help us assemble, maintain, and test next-generation AI servers and advanced computer hardware!

About the Roles:

We are seeking multiple tech-savvy professionals eager to support engineering operations, from process setup and equipment optimization to production troubleshooting and data analysis. You’ll work cross-functionally-with IT, Facilities, Engineering, and Operations-to ensure top-tier performance for AI server assembly and cloud infrastructure support.

Shift: 7a-4p M-F

Pay Rate: $24/hr

What You’ll Do:

	
• Support production on the shop floor by assisting in assembly, maintenance, and system testing of advanced server hardware
  
  	

• Collaborate with engineers to validate processes and optimize equipment
  
  	

• Troubleshoot production and technical issues to keep operations running efficiently
  
  	

• Collect and analyze production data for continuous improvement
  
  	

• Enhance operational excellence through lean and efficiency initiatives
  
  	

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards
  
  

Who You Are:

	
• A hands-on problem solver with an Associate degree or technical diploma (preferred), and 1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing or tech operations
  
  	

• Comfortable with fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and advanced machinery
  
  	

• Strong at reading technical documents, work instructions, and schematics
  
  	

• A collaborative communicator with analytical and teamwork skills
