This is a fast-paced, operations-focused role responsible for keeping projects on schedule, coordinating field activity, and managing real-time logistics across multiple teams. This role requires hands-on coordination and ownership of project outcomes. What You'll Do Own day-to-day project coordination across multiple active projects Build and manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables Track milestones and proactively identify and resolve delays Coordinate field dispatch, technician schedules, and vendor activity Manage work orders from assignment through completion Ensure field teams have accurate job packages and clear direction Coordinate equipment readiness, delivery, and site timing Provide clear, timely updates to operations, engineering, and leadership Maintain accurate project data in Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar tools Ideal Candidate Thrives in a high-urgency, operations-driven environment Proactive, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams and vendors Holds others accountable to timelines and deliverables Requirements Required: 3-5 years in project coordination, operations, dispatch, or scheduling Experience managing multiple high-volume workflows simultaneously Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-moving environment Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution and follow-through Comfortable working cross-functionally with field teams and vendors Preferred: Background in telecom, networking, oilfield services, or industrial operations Experience supporting field operations or technical project deployment Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project At iNet, our people are our greatest investment.
