Power Generation Engineer needed to oversee turbine remediation, quality assurance, vendor audits, regulatory support, equipment analysis, and power generation asset planning. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an approved institution

Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience focused on steam or gas turbine machinery

Training and hands-on experience in vibration diagnostics

Experience balancing heavy rotating machinery

Advanced understanding of metallurgy principles related to steam turbines and internal components

Understanding of mechanical hydraulic governing systems for large steam turbines

Experience managing assets manufactured by GE, Siemens, and ABB Alstom

Operational knowledge of power generation infrastructure

Experience drafting technical summaries and executive briefings

Experience with plant information tracking software

Functional proficiency with SAP enterprise software

Preferred Skills Experience overseeing remediation tasks on electricity generation infrastructure

Experience creating and assessing quality assurance blueprints

Experience auditing vendor performance standards

Experience analyzing equipment metrics, manufacturer notices, and historical data

Experience building immediate and future action plans for power generation assets

Experience supporting external regulatory evaluations

Experience leading technical or professional meetings

Project management experience in power generation or heavy industrial environments

Job Responsibilities Oversee and direct remediation tasks for electricity generation infrastructure

Create and assess quality assurance blueprints

Audit vendor performance standards

Examine equipment metrics, manufacturer notices, and historical data

Develop immediate and future action plans for equipment and infrastructure needs

Assist with external regulatory evaluations to support compliance requirements

Support safety, environmental stewardship, quality control, and workplace compliance initiatives

Prioritize and enforce safety protocols during engineering and remediation activities

Provide engineering support for steam and gas turbine machinery

Apply vibration diagnostics and balancing methods for heavy rotating machinery

Evaluate turbine components using metallurgy and mechanical system knowledge

Manage technical information related to GE, Siemens, and ABB Alstom power generation assets

Use plant information tracking software and SAP to support asset management and reporting

Prepare technical summaries, reports, and executive briefings

Coordinate project activities and technical communications across organizational levels
