Nexeo Staffing has partnered with a growing company in Smithfield, Utah seeking an Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join their team. The Entry-Level Project Coordinator will support customer interactions, scheduling, project coordination, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in client services, job coordination, and operational support. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with customers, managing appointments, assisting with bids and quotes, and contributing to overall business operations and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for customers and project timelines

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally while providing support and information

Process and record customer payments accurately and maintain proper documentation

Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and a positive customer-facing environment

Assist project managers with administrative tasks and project coordination support

Help create bids, quotes, and enter job file information into systems

Educate customers on products, services, and project processes

Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience, workflow efficiency, and daily operations

Grow into additional responsibilities including client communication, project coordination, and job management

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude

Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn, grow, and develop within a company long-term

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems required

Experience with Moraware or similar project management software is a plus but not required

Pay

$16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
