Mechanical Engineer

Design, develop and validate mechanical components and assemblies, including rotating machinery, and be proficient in solid modeling and mechanical simulation using SolidWorks, with a strong understanding of stress analysis. Conduct and interpret Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure mechanical robustness and performance. Create manufacturing drawings and applying GD&T principles, as well as develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions. Drive design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) in partnership with internal and external manufacturing teams. Lead root cause investigations for product or process failures and implement corrective actions. Coordinate production launches for both new and revised products, requiring strong electromechanical fabrication and assembly skills. Experience with manual and CNC machine tools. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (AS9100). Collaborate effectively with cross-0functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs.
