Senior Power Electronics Engineer

This opportunity centers on designing power electronics for one of the most dynamic electrical loads in industry the welding arc . The system must sense realtime changes caused by operator movement, materials, and conditions, then instantly adjust voltage and current to maintain stability. Its closedloop, highfrequency (>20 kHz) power control using advanced switching technologies (SiC now, GaN on the roadmap), with full ownership from concept through production. Pay Range:
$99,000 $165,000 (based on experience)

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
• 4+ years of hands-on power electronics experience with end-to-end product development
• Strong background in power switching, magnetics design, and thermal management
• Experience with high-frequency power systems; SiC and/or GaN experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to take products through validation, regulatory testing, and production launch

• Ownership of complex, real-world power electronics systems used in commercial products
