Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
What You'll Do
As a Civil Site Design Engineer, you will contribute to a wide variety of engineering projects from concept through design. Your work will support senior engineers and project managers while helping bring development visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the design of civil/site projects, including grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and utility layouts
Research state and local design standards to ensure regulatory compliance
Prepare engineering plans, calculations, and supporting documents
Support the development of technical studies and site evaluations
Coordinate with contractors, municipal staff, and client engineering teams
Contribute to zoning, permitting, and approval processes
Provide general support to Project Managers and Project Engineers across multiple development projects
Qualifications:
Requirements
PA E.I.T. preferred
0-2 years of relevant experience
