Job Summary:
Lead capital planning and infrastructure projects across a multi hospital health system. Support long term facility strategy and ensure critical systems are maintained and upgraded.

Responsibilities:

• Lead capital planning and infrastructure replacement strategy
• Perform equipment condition assessments and support capital planning
• Develop project scope schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with facility leaders across multiple sites
• Manage project lifecycle including planning bidding and closeout
• Lead and support a team of project managers
• Analyze data to support capital investment decisions
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Use project management and facility systems for tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with vendors contractors and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field preferred
• 3 to 5 years project management or facilities experience
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects
• Strong data analysis and communication skills
• Ability to present technical information clearly
• Experience with project management systems preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required

Salary:

• $150,000 - $175,000 annually
