Buildings & Utilities Intern

We are looking for a motivated Buildings & Utilities Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily management of Buildings & Utilities activities and operations.

Follow up on daily checklists and support monitoring of ongoing maintenance activities.

Assist in identifying gaps, technical issues, and operational risks while supporting timely solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance and utilities activities.

Support maintaining buildings in optimum operating condition in line with company standards.

Assist in monitoring maintenance contracts and following up on contractors' performance.

Participate in Buildings & Utilities projects and support project coordination activities.

Help prepare reports, analytical data, and KPI tracking related to Buildings & Utilities operations.

Support preventive and corrective maintenance plans for buildings and utilities systems.

Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure required utilities are continuously available.

Contribute to EHS, Energy, and Quality Management initiatives and support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

Engineering student or fresh graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good computer skills, especially MS Office applications.

Good command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Eagerness to learn and gain practical experience in Buildings & Utilities operations.
