Menswear Technical Designer

Menswear Technical Designer Employment Type: Full-Time Mens Sportswear company is seeking a detail-oriented Menswear Technical Designer to support the development of high-quality apparel from concept through production. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in both knit and woven garments, with a preference for menswear experience. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain accurate spec sheets and technical packs - Support garment fit development, grading, and measurement review - Partner with design, production, and vendors to ensure product consistency and quality - Assist the Senior Technical Designer with daily technical development tasks - Help manage fit sessions and communicate updates clearly to cross-functional teams - Contribute to the development of knit and woven apparel categories Qualifications: - 3-5 years of technical design experience in apparel - Menswear experience preferred; childrenswear experience also welcomed - Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and fabric behavior - Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel - Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
