Municipal Project Manager Civil Engineering

Well-established consulting engineering firm is seeking a Municipal Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of public sector projects. This is a great opportunity to work directly with local municipalities on impactful infrastructure improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage municipal engineering projects including roadways, drainage, utilities, and capital improvement programs
• Serve as primary liaison with township/borough officials and public agencies
• Oversee design, permitting, and construction administration
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and cost estimates
• Attend public meetings and present project updates
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate internal project teams

Qualifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of municipal or land development experience
• PE license preferred (or on track)
• Strong knowledge of local/state regulations and permitting
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
