We are experiencing growth and looking for an Antenna Lab Lead Engineer to join our team at our sunny Orlando site!
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for performing RF and sensor testing in an engineering use only testing environment.
You will perform analysis of test results and preparing comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports.
This engineer will organize RF data and conduct reviews and perform health checks of the anechoic chambers.
You will also coordinate with program leads on testing activities and support lab workflow and manage job requests.

This position is in Orlando. Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location. Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related STEM field.
Active DoD Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
Experience in RF sensor data analysis, signal processing, and related aerospace/defense work.
MATLAB: Proficiency (tool development, scripting, code review, etc.).
RF Knowledge: Understanding of antenna theory, RF Sensors, RF front end architectures, signal and digital processing, and sensing modalities or a combination of the above skills and a willingness to deepen expertise.
Algorithms: Familiarity with algorithm design, including but not limited to RF signal and digital processing
(CFAR/detection, False Alarm Rate (FAR), waveform/PRF selection, variable range resolution, etc.), scheduling/resource management, trackers, Kalman filters, optimization, etc.Demonstrated knowledge of subsystem hardware/software components and capabilities
Experience with Radar Systems
IRAD Test Experience
Experience with antenna and sensor RF testing/troubleshooting
Strong programming abilities, particularly in Python
